The location was perfect, being in the heart of the city center and just a few steps away from the subway station. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the convenience of having parking available nearby. The transportation options were excellent, with buses and trams easily accessible within a short walking distance. Additionally, we loved the cafe in the road next to Chiado station, which offered a great place to grab a quick bite or a refreshing drink.

The hotel is situated opposite a night club, which might be a concern for some, but we found that the rooms were soundproofed perfectly and we had no issues with noise. Additionally, the staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
